自家製ピクルス

蕪でピクルスを作った。美味しく出来た上に量も余ってしまったので、空いていた瓶にそれらしく詰めてみた。それらしい。瓶も煮沸消毒。当分保つと良いなぁ。
蕪は何故皮を剥かないのかと初め思ったけれど、あの皮の残った食感が良いんだろうなぁ。
